Ever since the close of the Factions preview event I have been experiencing an incredible lag problem. I know that there have been a few other members in my guild that have faced a little bit of lag since then but nothing like what I have experienced. I have been experiencing so much lag that I cant even play the game anymore except when there is hardly anybody else on really early in the morning. Otherwise I get disconnected anytime I try to leave town. Even when it does let me leave town when I play on weekend mornings it starts to lag when there are a lot of enemies to fight at once.

This problem only started right after the preview event. I never had a problem like this even during the busiest parts of the day. I went through and checked for viruses and spy ware and managed to get rid of a few things but that didn’t help with anything.

System specs? Ram, processor, vid card, etc?

If all your specs are up to par with the games minumum requirements you may want to check out this thread.

i have been having Alot of lag as well, it will stop for like 20 secs, then jump ahead, then stop, then jump, etc, doesnt do this on any other game like anarchy online, star wars galaxies, knight online. why is it only GW?

My system specs are up to date and the only thing I haven't done on the link you provided is to check with my ISP. So far there hasn't been any sort of an improvement with the lag. I'll contact my ISP whenever I get the chance.
